Cacao Raw Chocolate Bliss Bites recipe from Lisa Schrader
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup coconut butter
1 tablespoon cacao butter
2 tablespoon shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
3 tablespoon cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon maca
2 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
pinch of salt
optional: chopped tart cherries or other dried fruit
Melt on very low heat, coconut oil, coconut butter and cacao butter until just liquified. Blend in the rest of the ingredients and honey to taste. Pour into candy molds (ice cube trays work great too) and cool until hardened again. Chocolates will easily melt in the heat so best to refrigerate for storage or transportation but bring to room temperature for maximum bliss consumption.
